Senior Consultant: Enterprise Marketing Management

The Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) Senior Consultant leads EMM engagement teams with a focus on Unica's marketing automation suite, often on large complex projects in which EMM is part of a larger solution encompassing multiple enterprise components. This role contributes to EMM design and development. The Senior Consultant assesses clients' existing EMM capabilities against industry leading practices and then partners with clients to enable marketing automation to be a source of significant business growth. The Senior Consultant works closely with the overall engagement management to define the determine the client's requirements, lead the EMM solution design, oversee the design implementation, and participate in the implementation.

    Pros: Ambiente y forma de trabajo. Cursos y maneras de crecer horizontalmente. Aprendizaje y ser parte de algo que genera impacto. Independencia una vez que lograr respeto.

    Contras: Demasiadas horas de trabajo cuando es necesario. Una vez llegado a un punto es dificil de crecer verticalmente. La posicion no era repetible en otra empresa
