The Recruitment Senior Analyst will be part of a team that provides rapid sourcing support to any part of Accenture. The RSA will need to be able to work independently with colleagues in any part of the world, understand the requirements of any role, draft a sourcing plan and execute.
Within the everyday tasks the RSA will need to search for candidates using Job Boards, Social Media and other sourcing channels, reach out to candidates, and occasionally do a first screening.
The RSA will also need to help 3 Recruitment Analysts to deliver candidates themselves for the same or other customers.
- University degree in HR
- It requires advanced level in English and German
- Overall 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in Big Companies. At least 3 of those years must be related to Sourcing and Staffing. Can be mixed with other Recruitment experience.
Professional Skill Requirements_**
* It is required that the RSA has the ability to work independently in a multinational environment. Will also need to be proactive, flexible and able to assess different courses of action if the first sourcing plan fails.
