Project Specialist - Asistente de Proyectos

Multinational premier service provider to the global biopharmaceutical industry is looking for bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Project Specialists to work in our Buenos Aires office providing administrative and operational support to Project Leaders on the management of Clinical Trials.

Your duties will be critical and diverse including supporting project team on systems set-up, project management, documentation management, executing day-to-day data analysis of the operational status of project (planned versus current) and reporting activities. You will prepare and maintain project plans, in collaboration with Functional Leads and support Project Leaders in reviewing, identifying, implementing and updating project specific operational performance metrics.

Your advanced English communication skills will allow you to interact in a professional manner with colleagues and team members on a global scale.

Experience in administrative tasks and project management with financial approach, and/or working for global/multicultural companies will be valued. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not a must.

Job Posting Qualifications : Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level (Business Administration, Public Translation, Biological Science, Pharmacy or other health-related discipline) or close to finishing degree.
* Proficiency in English and experience with Microsoft Office Suit are mandatory.
* Office or professional work experience is expected.
* Background in administrative tasks and/or corporate experience will be valued.

* Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload

    Pros: El clima humano es muy agradable y los manager dependiente del sector son muy amigables. Recomiendo la empresa para entrenarse en lo que es el ámbito de la investigación clínica.

    Contras: Los sueldos son bajos y los aumentos anuales no se condicen con la inflación en el pais. Ingresas cobrando un buen monto y a medida qué pasa el tiempo la carga laboral es enorme y los sueldos bajos.

    Clinical Trial Specialist II

    Pros: Buenos compañeros de trabajo, que hacen que el dia a dia sea mas llevadero. Toman gente sin experiencia en investigacion clinica, y puede servir para hacer los primeros pasos.

    Contras: Pesimos salarios, la carga de trabajo es muy alta y pocas veces reconocen los esfuerzos extras. Upper management es indiferente a lo que sucede en Argentina y no les importa cambiar. Alta tasa de rotacion todo el tiempo, debido a que tienen poco para ofrecer y no hacen nada por retener a los que trabajan bien.

    Consejos para los directivos: Valoren a la gente, paguen salarios competitivos y reconozcan a los que hacen un esfuerzo y trabajan bien. Escuchen cuando algo no funciona, y actuen en consecuencia. Sean transparentes.

    ¿Recomienda a la empresa?: No
