Professional Development Coordinator

Who You'll Work With

You will join our professional development (PD) team in Buenos Aires. You will work closely with consultants in our Bogota, Medellin, Lima, Santiago, Buenos Aires and Panama offices as well as members of the PD, recruiting, and learning teams.

What You'll Do

You will manage a full range of professional development (PD) activities including staffing (assigning consultants to projects), coordinating performance reviews and providing counselling to consultants.

In this role your main responsibilities will be around the execution of staffing process, including managing engagement and availability information, offering staffing options, and maintaining relevant databases and records. As a coordinator, you will need to be aware of project requirements as well as individual consultants´ preferences and restrictions.

You will facilitate the evaluation and professional development of associates and business analysts while lending support to the PD manager for other roles. It will be necessary to coordinate consultants review processes, includes overseeing logistics, collecting materials, and managing relevant databases.

Furthermore, you will support PD data analysis and reporting, as needed, as well as other PD projects. This will include proactively identifying and contributing to process improvements and mentoring and coaching more junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree
  • 4-6 years of relevant technical experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Passionate about people development
  • Process oriented
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic business knowledge, solid knowledge of people processes
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
