eCommerce Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and curious Sales Manager for our growing Digital Channel.


  • Lead the digital channel holistically, including B2C digital sales and lead generation for B2B businesses.
  • Exceed sales plan. Accelerate channel growth.
  • Problem solving approach. Coordinate and control successful customer digital journey.
  • Lead and motivate eCommerce team.
  • Planning, execution and follow up, reporting.
  • Manage channel KPIs and metrics.
  • Articulate with other sales channels, to ensure a single customer approach.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Agency.

Abilities and experience:

  • 2 years of experience leading digital channel
  • Ability to work on a matrix organization partnering global teams
  • Discipline and organization to follow up on daily activities and KPIs

    Pros: Los viernes en Veranos nos dejan salir temprano y nada más que eso. La gente cuando quiere es muy cálida y a veces hay festejos por peimavera

    Contras: La empresa no tiene home, no existe la cultura empresarial. Los jefes no te dan bola. No existía para ellos y además los sueldos son muy bajos

    Necesita mejorar su equipo de liderazgo

    Pros: Clima, flexibilidad horaria, buena gente. Buena obra social y 3 semanas de vacaciones. Interesante portfolio de producto aunque poca visión al más alto nivel respectu a su gestión.

    Contras: Poca posibilidad de desarrollo profesional si no se es amigo o familiar. Poca profesionalidad de la dirección. Gran complejidad operativa que dificulta la ejecución de las estrategias.
