Your challenge

As a Disputes Leader South Latam you will manage and supervise actions and resources to ensure a strict adherence to the company Credit Policies aiming at keeping financial risk under good control while granting business continuity.

Responsible to coordinate Personal Health Dispute Management, ensuring that most effective collection mechanisms are in place and working efficiently. Is also in charge of planning account receivable forecast and to deal with legal proceeding to claim and recover bad debts.

Your responsibilities

  • Dispute Process coordination: create synergies with FinOps to assure the correct resolution of the disputes.
  • Credit Release supervision: follow up the process to assure an efficient order delivering.
  • Order to cash: avoid issues with high overdues.
  • Support the business in investigating and exploring finance operational risks.
  • Support Sales Month end closure
  • Lead the Strategic Planning and Coordinate improvement and quality projects (O2C area) in order to optimize the working times and achieve process unification under the concept “One Philips”.
  • Negotiate insurance contracts to cover insurable operational risks.
  • Handle and negotiate claims with insurance companies.
  • Customers Master Data: guarantee accuracy and follow up when needed (Payment Terms, Ship to’s, Tax Situation, others).

Your team

The position will be based in Buenos Aires and has full account responsibility of the Disputes in the South Latam cluster (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Peru). The position works closely with Directors, Commercial & F&A Management team, Accounting, Legal & Tax Manager, Customer Stakeholders and reports directly to the Sales Director Platino.

Experience in

  • Commercial business environment.
  • Renewal/negotiation of insurance contracts.
  • Handling insurance claim.
  • English: fluent (advanced).

    Pros: Grato ambiente laboral, compañeros de trabajo amigables. Lo bueno esq que se ajustan a tu horario si estás estudiando y pueden poner un backup en tu reemplazo sin despedirte.

    Contras: El sueldo es un poco bajo y las exigencias en ventas son altas, además no dan bonos, ni premios al mejor vendedor. Por eso ese punto mal pero es buena empresa.
