Digital Enablement Center (DEC) leader interfaces Nokia project management subcontractor management and leads internal DEC team which can grow up to 15-20 technicians. Good communication leadership and management skills are needed.
DEC serves Nokia's implementation projects and provide support to service suppliers and Nokia's project management aiming to reach highest implementation quality in the industry. DEC will support all projects in Latin America. DEC scope is E2E implementation starting from delivery inspection actual implementation until customer acceptance.
