Customer Support Executive Data & Applications

Job Description

The Customer Service Executive provides 1st level Data & Applications Functionality or Content support with regards to Thomson Reuters line of software and services. Handles customer inquires promptly, professionally and knowledgeably via phone, email or chat. This includes keeping a clear and active focus on the end to end resolution process and ensuring that all the necessary action is undertaken to resolve customer inquires in a timely and satisfactory manner.
