POSITION SUMMARY

Provide support to analysts, junior analysts and trainees, about the process of compensation, and the use of software compensation, together with the process execution remuneration of the portfolio allocated customers, ensuring compliance in a timely manner of the associated tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support on the process of compensation and respond to inquiries from other partners on this process and the use of the remuneration system
* Fully carry out the process of compensation of clients, meeting quality standards and the time allocated.
* Ensure compliance with assigned schedules
* Run reports required control.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Educational background: technical or professional educational level, careers related to human resource management or accounting
* Experience in the area: 4 years experience in computing wages and salaries and HR systems. At least 1 year in his post as Payroll Analyst.
* Specific knowledge and skills: human resources (salaries, labor law, social law, tax law).
Windows Operating System. Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, User level)
Using Payroll Software
* Attitudes and behaviors: customer orientation, effective communication, autonomy and initiative.

    Pros: Podes aprender mucho y siempre hay desafíos para superar, aprendes a trabajar bajo presión y en constante cambio. Los beneficios que brinda la empresa son buenos, pero podrían ser mejor aún.

    Contras: Al tener constantes cambios muchos no permanecen su posición, generando mucha rotación entre el personal, lo cual dificulta la identidad de grupo.

    Consejos para los directivos: Que revisen las categorías del personal y las remuneraciones, hay gente sobre valorada, y por el contrario personas subvenciones valoradas. Hay personal sobrecargado de trabajo que percibe menor remuneración que otros que tienen menor responsabilidad.

    Pros: Te capacitan, podes entrar en el area de Payroll sin saber SAP . Es algo para aprobechar ya que un curso de SAP es demasiado costoso. Internacionalmente es muy buena y podes pedir traslados

    Contras: Falta personal, hay demasiado trabajo para la cantidad de empleados. Contratan gente que no esta tan capacitada y luego la capacitan. Mucha gente renuncia
