Your role as a Clinical Operations Assistant (COA) will involve providing administrative support to a team of Clinical Site Managers located throughout the Americas. As a COA you will maintain the paper and electronic Central Files for Clinical Operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and quality. In addition you will be responsible for tracking, scanning, filing, entry and return of Case Report Forms to clients for assigned projects and assisting with QC of Central files.
Your background must include experience in administration with familiarity with Excel. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize will help you to succeed in this busy environment. As part of a global company you will need to have strong written and spoken English to succeed. Medical or industry experience is an asset but not required.
* Previous administrative work experience
* Spoken and written English fluency
* Computer skills including MS-Office products such as Excel, Word.
* Ability to successfully work in a (virtual) team environment
