Americas Client Services Deal & Partner Experience Representative

Deal Manager, Americas Customer & Partner Services

The Deal Management Operations team provides deal planning and execution support for large strategic and complex sales opportunities driven by Cisco sellers. As a Deal Manager you will partner with sellers and develop an operational plan to include all activities needed to assess, plan and execute their booking of Product, Software and Service opportunities, Service Renewals and new Cisco offers being taken to market via new business models.

A successful Deal Manager will demonstrate the following business skills:

Knowledge of deal planning requirements to enable execution of all steps needed to quote and book a complex Cisco offer
Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with sales and partners to adhere to deal project timelines, and risk management skills to develop alternative deal scenarios with sales as needed
Professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as professional presence online (phone or web) to drive deal project discussions with stakeholders
Strong analysis skills for reconciliation of multiple data sources into a single view of the customer Install Base leveraging Advanced Excel skills including frequent use of formulas, functions and pivot tables
Ability to demonstrate deal progress accountability via use of Cisco tools to track deal progress and provide bi-weekly summary of deal statuses

Deal Managers work to develop skills in specific deal specialties, offers, geos, deal complexities, etc. while working to manage a body of deals over the course of several quarters. This is done to ensure that sellers do not have to all know the continually changing requirements by programs and tools and processes. Our value add is navigating the operational complexities so sellers are free to work with their customers. By delivering Deal Management as a Service to Cisco sellers, we work to uplift and standardize our quality of service to sales while building professional partnerships with our peers and stakeholders.

    Pros: Desde que entrás a trabajar a la empresa hay tres semanas de vacaciones. Además en mi grupo de trabajo hacemos home office. Tenemos OSDE 310

    Contras: Una gran cantidad de empleados están tercerizados y hay algunos equipos de trabajo donde no existe la posibilidad de pasar a ser empleado directo. La gente no se conoce entre si y de muchos eventos solo participan ventas o los empleados directos

    Consejos para los directivos: mejorar los sueldos, la participación en actividades y hacer a todos planta permanente
